Job was completed as stated. Clean up was great. When I had questions the employees answered showing they knew the word.
They were very professional and quality workers, from the salesmen to the installers. **** and **** were awesome to work with. Very impressed.

Ice Dams - Ugh Requested a quote from Erie Home. The representative did a very thorough analysis. Took pictures in my attic and on top of the roof. He explained my problems and recommended the fix.Installers came just a few days later. They came early as snow was in the forecast. They worked efficiently, even after the snow started. Professional, Quick, and clean. Pricey, but the quality speaks for itself.
The salesman was obnoxiously pushy to the point where we knew we wanted to roof but we didn't know if we wanted to say yes to them just because of how pushy he was. We had a family event that we continued to remind him of and we ended up being late because he was insistent on getting a yes before he left. It really rubbed me the wrong way, but I guess not bad enough because we ended up choosing them.
