Sales guy was very professional and explained everything very well between materials and financing. My new roof looks amazing. My only complaint is they didn't show up on the originally scheduled day and only two guys did all the work over 14 hours instead of the larger crew I was told that would have finished much quicker.

**** worked on my roof for 13 hours and completed all in one day. This included making a cricket behind my chimney. The team was a professional group of individuals that seemed extremely capable and dedicated. I had concerns around my roof windows/sky lights. It finally rained and I see no issues. A+ work.

The sales representative although youngish did a professional job. His presentation of the differences between Erie's product and general market product was a huge selling point. My wife and I are retired and in the 75+ age range and cost was a huge consideration. We opted for the Erie product even though it was more expensive than the general market product. They were very professional and the supervisors were on site. They also did a great job on the clean up, went around the house at least 3 times to make sure there was no nails laying around .Very happy with them and the roof looks awesome.
