Erie worked fast. They did a great job with the Install but they need at least one person on the crew during the I stall that's speaks good English. Also they need to clean up as they go. I got two nails in my tires.

Erie representative was very professional and polite. He took the time to go over every step of the process. When it was time to begin the work I was informed a couple days ahead of time. Before the workers came out they called to let me know that they were on the way and about how long it would take for them to arrive. From start to finish everything went smoothly. **** arrived on time for the inspection and was very professional. He spent a lot of time checking the roof and attic. He explained everything he found. That was on Wednesday. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received a call from **** the next day to set up installation for Saturday.
