Great windows at a fair price. All the representatives of the company from office to installers were good to deal with. Very pleased with the choice to use Erie, and recommend them highly.
Sales team was great, ****and ****went WELL out of their way to help us, and we were really impressed with them. Installers were a mixed bag - initial team failed to fully prepare for installation and as a result they were unable to complete clean up of materials the day of installation. Clean up was completed by two guys alone when the majority of the team from the first day refused to come back. We worked with people based out of Greensboro North Carolina. They were great and did a great job. Even though they were a couple of little hiccups, everything was solved in a timely manner. We would recommend Erie Home to anyone.
We love the roof. It makes quite a statement. The install went as well as can be expected in November and December. The crew was professional, informative, and polite. Every concern we had was addressed or explained to our satisfaction quickly and completely.
