The installers that came out were professional and hard Working! There was great communication from the beginning of the process to end. It is a very nice looking roof! **** also made sure that we had the proper venting.

I am satisfied with the replacement of my roof. Excellent job removing old double layer roof and installing new roof. There cleanup method was great nothing left behind. I like my new roof.

My house was built in 1920 and at first glance the inspector **** ***** thought the foundation of the roof might be made of an outlawed material for today's standards that would make for a significant increase in cost. But **** consulted with his colleague who, through pictures, confirmed that the foundation was an approved material and could stay put. Very quick with the roof replacement. Sales representative very professional and courteous. The install team arrived as scheduled. The craftsman were extremely fast and quality oriented. Very pleased with the quality of their work. Property cleaned up at the end of the job. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

The product was delivered as promised on Wednesday. The crew showed up early on Thursday morning. They immediately started stripping the entire roof down to the plywood, replacing the wood wherever it was needed. There was a problem with the facia board, it was the incorrect size. We advised the ******* of the problem; he made a quick call and advised us he was going to pick up the correct size. The facia was replaced, and the conduit was put back up. Erie Home salesmen came to our home upon our request and explained the quality of their roofing materials compared to others. We feel the quality of roofing was what we wanted even though it was pricey. The roofers were excellent. Cleanup was not so great. Loan ******* that we signed up with were hard to talk with. Very broken English and I had to be passed on to other people to answer question as to why they were calling us as we paid the loan off the day after work was done.( they called us numerous times to call them) I w... read more
