They arrived on the day of completing the repairs, roof, and clean-up all that day. The team also notified me of my chimney issues, unknown to me, allowing me to follow up with a chimney expert.

Erie has phenomenal workers...great work ethics! They arrived at 7 a.m. after a 2 hr drive to get here and worked nonstop. ******************** arrived beforehand so as soon as they got here, they just got to work. Everyone of them knew exactly what to do & did it. They maybe took 1/2 hr lunch break but went straight back to work & even stayed until it started to get dark just to finish the row. After the job was finished we got two days of heavy rain. I discovered a drip inside out chimney housing. Erie sent someone right out and we determined the problem to be the bird screen on top of the chimney duct. Very professional and I am thoroughly satisfied

I experienceed great service, and the project was completed on time and on budget. The workers were friendly, communicated throughout the entire process, and the supervisor checked in to ensure that things were moving along as scheduled.
