We recently had our roof replaced by Erie and the process was easy, the timeframe was quick. When there were issues with our roof, they quickly came up with solutions and adequtely communicated this to us. We would highly recommend this company.
The inspectors came out, looked at the roof, inside and out, told us what they found, gave us options for repairs or replacement, got to a price we could agree on, all in about 2 hours. Their workers were able to start within 2 weeks, finished the whole roof replacement in one day, cleaned up any mess they made, made sure we were happy with the job, and were on their way. We were not in need of immediately replacing our roof, but as it was 21 years old we started looking for a good roofing company. We couldn't have been any more than happy with finding Erie Home. Our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. After doing both a roof and an attic inspection, he agreed that there was no hurry, but within 2 to 3 years we would definitely need one.
