We had a great experience with Erie. The communication with the representatives that came to our home, install, scheduling and installers who put on the roof was great. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. They came early and were done in time for us to sign off on it before heading out for evening plans. We would definitely recommend Erie Homes for your roofing needs.

They did a good job but should of had an electrician on hand to put outlets in for each unit. They used extensioncords to hook everything up

Very pleased with both knowledge of the sales team and the installation of the new roof. All was handled professionally and on schedule. Grounds around the completed installation were left in immaculate condition. Based upon our positive experience, we recommend this business.

Great experience from salesman to supervisor to crew ******* and back to supervisor for checkdown after the job was finished. Our job was small; was quickly done; and Erie's sign in the yard was the only evidence they were even there. Other than the great looking roof, of course.

If there is a "Best Business" award or a regional award, I want to nominate them. For real, if any of the workers and evaluations at the BBB need a roof done, try not to give these dudes 5 stars.I always thought that the re-roofing process would be full of hidden fees, "cost of labor" reevaluation, scope of work renegotiatiation when they found something "concerning", and constant schedule changes.Not a single thing wrong, and it all happened ahead of schedule with a 30 year warranty.I never write reviews, but these guys get... read more
