We had Erie come out and installed our new roof and they couldn't have been more professional from the crew working on the roof to the on-site supervisor. The one thing that sold me on Erie was the warranty that they offer for any issues with the product or repairs. This alone sold me on Erie as no one else I spoke with offered that kind of warranty, I just hope I'm not going to have to exercise that clause.
Exceptional from first contact to completion of work.The clean up was most impressive,not a sliver of debris left anywhere.The work was top quality,the workers were professional and I am extremely happy with the results.
Sales reps were awesome. Construction crew left a little to be desired. Roof was done in a day and thankfully just before a big rain. We will see if it lasts as they claim.
