I was called right away after requesting a quote to set up a free inspection. Two guys came out who were very thorough in both the inspection and explaining their product materials and had a no pressure sales pitch. They offered 3 different rates depending on quality of material and I chose the middle one. It is quite a bit more expensive but will be worth it in the end not replacing it every 10 years like my neighbor.
