Well the services that the Erie rep. **** us through we decided to go ahead and get the roof replaced by the company the rep and assistant worked around everything to make sure we have budget payments plan set up for us the services done at very high level and we are very pleased to have them completed and replaced the roof. New Roof looks great! Hopefully it performs as well as it looks, when the winter storms come. We will be safe and comfortable. We contacted Erie roofing, they came out and talked about the roofing systems and made our choice . Made the down payment, soon they delivered the supplies for the new roof, they put it out of ***** way up onto the roof. The roofers came out and pulled the old roof off. Roofing job is nice, clean up could be just a bit better!
They were upfront of cost, helped to get financial help and started the job 2 weeks early than we thought (which was great) and had it completed in 2 days. We're professional and proficient. Cleaned the area when done and the roof looks great. **** recommend this company to others.
We had our basement water proofed. **** worked with our schedule and showed up on time. The crew that came to our house worked hard and the job was finished in two days. They cleaned up the job site and we were very happy with the job they did. Our basement is dry and looks great. This has a very wet season and not a leak!
Love the service but hate the pushiness of doing reviews. They did a great encapsulation of a crawl pace.
After researching roofing companies, we selected **** to shingle our home and our garage. Everyone we worked with from the salesperson to the work crew was competent, polite and helpful. We appreciate that we do a final inspection before payment is made. We would not hesitate to use Erie again.
