I was very satisfied with the whole process. Everything was as promised and maybe a little more.
The finished roof looks good. I was a little mislead on the warranty which is the reason I went with Erie. It's still a good warranty though.

Great job! Professional skilled installation and excellent customer service. We were scheduled out several weeks and had a big storm losing shingles. Contacted the manager and he had a crew out the next day to put on our new roof, which looks great. They were fast and friendly as well as skilled. Their product and service were worth the expense. Would highly recommend.
Communication was excellent. Rather than trying to up sell me when I was clearly ready to purchase a more expensive roof, the representative explained pros and cons to me and showed me why a less expensive roof would fit me and my house better. The installer actually was able to come earlier than expected, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and amazingly efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly and did the entire job in less than 2 days inspite of the extreme heat
We are very pleased with Erie Construction and the job they have completed for us. The Roofing has held up to a couple of good storms already. From sales to install it was smooth and painless and we will highly recommend.
