I had a very pleasant experience through the whole process. Everyone was easy to work with right from the salesperson to the installers to the guys that did the final inspection and detailing.Ā
I had such a bad roof in place I can't even begin to describe. But they did such a thorough job fixing even the smallest detail! I have such peace of mind now, knowing that this roof will be in place and my house will be protected for so many years to come. And it looks unbelievable, I have received so many compliments from neighbors!Ā
Mostly I have a good opinion of Erie Home. Their salesmen confused me about some things which got me into trouble after the roofing was done but ****** from the local office helped me. The roofers did a good job fixing the rotted wood and got that done and the roofing put on in one day. The only thing I found on the lower part of the driveway was a fairly small piece of old shingle which I think fell off the dumpster. The construction crew was, fast, efficient and nice job done. Other than several issues with our paperwork effortless. Our salesman was new, which we are sure resulted in the paperwork issues.Ā
Erie representative was very professional and polite. He took the time to go over every step of the process. When it was time to begin the work I was informed a couple days ahead of time. Before the workers came out they called to let me know that they were on the way and about how long it would take for them to arrive. Erie worked fast. They did a great job with the Install but they need at least one person on the crew during the I stall that's speaks good English. Also they need to clean up as they go. I got two nails in my tires.Ā
All of the personnel I had the pleasure of meeting, from the sales professional, to the installation crew and their respective managers, went beyond my expectations in their professionalism and knowledge regarding their product. I am very pleased with the outcome and will certainly recommend Erie Roofing to anyone needing their services.Ā
