**** worked on my roof for 13 hours and completed all in one day. This included making a cricket behind my chimney. The team was a professional group of individuals that seemed extremely capable and dedicated. I had concerns around my roof windows/sky lights. It finally rained and I see no issues. A+ work.
Very friendly and his work Ethic is commendable. **** kept me in the loop when the flooring took extra time. He is doing another flooring job for me in September

Sales rep was very through on explaining the metal and asphalt options. Worked with me on the dates to do the job as I travel for work and have tight windows to be home. When the team arrived for the job they were very professional and cleared were their equipment will be placed. The roof was completed in the time provided. The project lead was very attentive of any of my concerns as I was on travel when it finished as was viewing it through pictures. Good service. Installed the roof in a day then they dropped the ball on communication. They said they would call the next day to say when they would be back to install the gutters. No call and took a week and half to be back to install the gutters. Everything looks wonderful.
Very proffesional from the explanation of how the roofing system works, to the benifits of their materials, customer service. Entire tear off and opened up and lengthened the ridge vent in less than 12 hours. Extremely detailed on the clean up process. Onsite ****** gave me pictures and video for every single step to show it was being dine properly, regional manager stopped by to check on the progress and answer any questions i might have. Sales rep very thorough and professional.
Was well pleased with the details from the time of making aware of what they would do and how it would be done. That's how it was done. The workers were really good and cleaned up
