Just had Erie Homes install a new roof on our house. I contacted them initially because of their warranty, and I decided to use them for our roof. The salesman was knowledgeable and did not try a high pressure sale. After a lot of negotiations, we settled on the terms of the contract and the price. We reviewed the signed contract during the "cooling off" period and had some issues with some of the terms.
