As with most companies, sales pressure was little high but in the long run a good choice. The job was completed in one day with no damage to surrounding property. I received prompt after job service. Had some questions and rep was out that day. Price is on the high side but quantity and service is worth a little more.

The meeting with the sales teams was really longer than I expected it to be, but they were very thorough. In hindsight I do feel I way overpaid, but it's done. The installation crew arrived early and moved and covered anything that could get damaged, including the pool. It was a large crew on day 1, with a much smaller group on day 2. They cleaned up beautifully, asked if I had any questions, and gave me my completion certificate. Installed in a timely manner, great job with removal of old roof and clean-up. The new roof looks great.
We recently retained Erie Homes to replace our roofing system and are very pleased with our decision. The sales reps were extremely thorough and answered all of our detailed questions with great knowledge, understanding and professionalism.
