Very professional sales team. Materials came on time. Install crew did a great job. Left my property clean of nails and torn off materials.
They were professional, courteous, from sales to finished roof. I was kept updated along the way often and the whole process was great. My roof looks amazing and the crew even painted my furnace vent to match the color of the roof.
Arrived on time, polite workers. Cleaned up during and after installation was complete. The person supervising the installers was also very polite and provided answers to all our questions.
The 3 young ******** men who did my roof did a great job. Took about 8hrs. No complaints on the roof so far.
The crew was incredible and worked hard on my complete tear off with some redecking. They were VERY safety minded and was making sure nothing was damaged or anyone passing got hurt. And they made sure that no scraps or nails were left behind when they cleaned up. An awesome job on a roof full of problems! We hired Erie Home to fix minor leaks in our basement after meeting with ****** from sales, who spent a long time explaining their system. We got several quotes and chose Erie Home, agreeing to provide a testimonial because of my local influence. After signing, only *** from their team called to schedule a walkthrough. **** and **** came over to my house from Erie Home to go over shingles for my house told me how their products was made i was convinced I was buying the correct products very knowledgeable person. The crew showed up on time they removed shingles found bad decking replaced they finished my house in one day everyone work together and ****** did a excellent job clean up was very thoroughly impressed me
