The sales representative although youngish did a professional job. His presentation of the differences between Erie's product and general market product was a huge selling point. My wife and I are retired and in the 75+ age range and cost was a huge consideration. We opted for the Erie product even though it was more expensive than the general market product. WELL, THE MATERIAL ARRIVED ON SATURDAY AND THE GUYS ARRIVED ON MONDAY MORNING AND WERE READY TO GO TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB REMOVING AND INSTALLING MY NEW ERIE ROOF, AND THE CLEAN UP WAS DONE VERY EFFICENTLY.THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND THE NEIGHBORS LIKE IT AS WELL.

Sales guy was very professional and explained everything very well between materials and financing. My new roof looks amazing. My only complaint is they didn't show up on the originally scheduled day and only two guys did all the work over 14 hours instead of the larger crew I was told that would have finished much quicker.

**** worked on my roof for 13 hours and completed all in one day. This included making a cricket behind my chimney. The team was a professional group of individuals that seemed extremely capable and dedicated. I had concerns around my roof windows/sky lights. It finally rained and I see no issues. A+ work.
