Sales rep was very through on explaining the metal and asphalt options. Worked with me on the dates to do the job as I travel for work and have tight windows to be home. When the team arrived for the job they were very professional and cleared were their equipment will be placed. The roof was completed in the time provided. Good service. Installed the roof in a day then they dropped the ball on communication. They said they would call the next day to say when they would be back to install the gutters. No call and took a week and half to be back to install the gutters. Everything looks wonderful.

Very proffesional from the explanation of how the roofing system works, to the benifits of their materials, customer service. Entire tear off and opened up and lengthened the ridge vent in less than 12 hours. Extremely detailed on the clean up process. Onsite ****** gave me pictures and video for every single step to show it was being dine properly, regional manager stopped by to check on the progress and answer any questions i might have. Sales rep very thorough and professional.

Overall happy with the company.They missed the start date (no call no show), but showed up the next day. Hard working crew from 7am til sun down. Im a little disappointed that the metal product we picked cannot support a person walking on it, without denting. Finished roof looks great, passersby compliment often.

We really liked the professional presentation of the product. Other companies were too casual or without proper displays. Erie's sales presentation was outstanding. We especially appreciating them providing a contact for the solar panels remove and replace at about 1/5 the price of the solar company. Both companies worked together and got the job done on time and professional attention.
