Mostly I have a good opinion of Erie Home. Their salesmen confused me about some things which got me into trouble after the roofing was done but ****** from the local office helped me. The roofers did a good job fixing the rotted wood and got that done and the roofing put on in one day. The only thing I found on the lower part of the driveway was a fairly small piece of old shingle which I think fell off the dumpster. The construction crew was, fast, efficient and nice job done. Other than several issues with our paperwork effortless. Our salesman was new, which we are sure resulted in the paperwork issues.

Erie representative was very professional and polite. He took the time to go over every step of the process. When it was time to begin the work I was informed a couple days ahead of time. Before the workers came out they called to let me know that they were on the way and about how long it would take for them to arrive. The ****** kept me abreast of what they were doing and answered any questions that I had, the job was done in the exact number of days that I was told and they cleaned up when they were finished. Erie worked fast. They did a great job with the Install but they need at least one person on the crew during the I stall that's speaks good English. Also they need to clean up as they go. I got two nails in my tires.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. **** arrived on time for the inspection and was very professional. He spent a lot of time checking the roof and attic. He explained everything he found. That was on Wednesday. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received a call from **** the next day to set up installation for Saturday.
