Erie Home brought a very great customer experience. They are fast to quote, fast to great solutions, fast to finance, and impressively fast at scheduling and installation. Great communication. The roof looks stunning (never thought I would say that about a roof, but here we are) as well as the gutters and have already been tested in some of the worst winds in **** recorded history. Not a cheap solution but worth the cost to have a backed product high quality product.

They replaced our failing asphalt roof with a new metal shingle roof. The whole process took just over a month, but the installation actually was only 2 days. Everyone we spoke to or interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The actual work crew worked their butts off, working until after dark to make sure the removal and new underlayment was complete for the new metal shingle installation the next day.They cleaned up very well. Very professional. Showed up on time. Removed the old roof, repaired damaged wood, installed new metal roof, replaced gutter shields, cleaned up area after install. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Roof looks wonderful! Completely transforms the look of my house. Many compliments and inquiries by neighbors. I am thrilled with my new beautiful metal roof and with everyone involved in making it happen. ******, my salesperson, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent the time showing me the differences between roof options and even how the roofing system goes together. Everyone I worked with after that was also exceptional. I just got my new roof and it looks fabulous. The Erie team was attentive by following up frequently and to ensure all goes by plan. The Roofing team was great as well. They worked efficient and got everything done in 1.5 days. Clean up was good, Tip for customers, invest in cheap tarps and put it around the house. While the roofing team went around multiple times with a strong magnet to pick up nails, I had to do it myself for days after and found more.
