My overall experience with Erie Home was great. The Salesman worked with me and found a price that was reasonable for me. The crew that came out were great, hardworking and friendly. Once they took the shingles off the roof they found that the wood was all bad and needed replaced. The Office called me and explained what was going on and they were taking care of it. That cost me nothing. Everything was done professionally and the crew cleaned up and made sure that it was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend them.

From the point of contact when I found Erier Roofing on ********, my experience was excellent. They called within minutes of me clicking the link and providing my info. The sales rep ***** was awesome and when she gave me pricing and a lender to do a loan, the numbers did not work but she went back to her office and within a few weeks she called to say she found a solution for me so I signed the contract. Really good sales pitch, roof work was completed in a day, but everything after the completion did not happen the way it was explained - we didnt have the after completion walk around inspection, replacement of the satellite radio antenna that was damaged during roof work was not fulfilled, photos of work never received/reviewed.
