Very pleasant experience with the sales guys. They were very timely and explained everything thoroughly. Work was done in the winter and they finished teardown and install in 1 day. My only "complaint" is that after the snow had melted there were a bunch of nails everywhere but I understood why, the nails were faded and blended in with the snow well and it was a windy day so the tarps they were putting down were flapping no matter what they did.

Was ok very kind people just didnt like how they took my wood piece that was holding my waterline and stuff and didnt put it back on after telling me they was going to tap on it back up never happened and then when I mentioned it to the people, they said the truck was already loaded up and they didnt have the tool to put it back up but other than that was very kind would recommend!

Before I had my roof replaced, I checked the rating for Erie Home on the BBB site. I was very reassured that I made the right decision after confirming their excellent rating. Erie Home did an amazing job on my new roof. Through every step of the process, they kept me informed about what was being done. They took extreme care with cleanup of the debris from the old roof, which was reassuring that we would not find anything in the yard to harm my pets. They get my full endorsement for roof replacement.
