Great crew of people to work with. Came earlier than expected and completed roof in 2 1/2 days including tearing off old shingles.

I received a flyer from Erie Homes and gave them a call requesting a free estimate. The estimator gave me a very honest inspection and made a suggestion which I wasn't expecting. We were looking for metal roofing but I was told that I still had about 5-8 years left in my old shingles; he said that the metal roofing would be far more expensive than asphalt (fiberglass) shingles. The salesman and the surface lady were very kind. The roof looks really nice. The crew cleaned up everything nicely. My only objection is I was notified by the village of ****** that I didnt get a building permit. I always saw the contractor took care of that.

Erie construction was prompt and professional. They kept me informed on every aspect of the process for my new roof. They were very good with communication and they finished when they said they would finish. As you know, roofing is a messy undertaking. ********** cleaned up so well that you never would know there was a old roof on the ground at one time.. I highly recommend them. Communication for me Is the key in any successful business and they exceeded my expectations on communication and expertise of installation.
