I was surprised with the thorough way things were handled. Starting with the salesman coming to my home. He walked on top of the roof and checked for problems. He went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside. I have had 3 roofs put on over the years and no one has ever done that. I was impressed. The crew were prompt and finished the roof and clean up in one day. The roof was inspected by the head man two days later to make sure the work was done properly.
