They were able to help me out during the holidays in a timely manner. The representatives were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions.
I appreciate Erie Home because as a first time homeowner it can be challenging to trust contractors and have peace of mind that they're doing the best job possible. But with Erie home they brought in competitors research and compared pricing. They worked with me to get a budget that was conducive to my standard of living and the contractors and subcontractors were professional, accommodating, and explained each step before and after in detail. And the end result is amazing.
Estimate was thorough and well-explained. Everyone was professional and courteous. Cleaned up very well. Minor problem with installation was handled expeditiously and fairly. All in all a good experience.

Erie Construction was top notch!Everyone I interacted with was polite, responsive and patient with my new homeowner-esq questions. The team was able to fit me into their schedule quickly and completed the work efficiently. I'm no roofing expert, but the product quality, process Erie Construction uses and price create a very enticing and satisfying value proposition. My only follow-up and recommendation is to be sure to follow through on commitments such as sharing images taken, for documentation purposes.
The work was completed in the timeframe they gave us. And they left no cleanup for us after they were done. The basement is completely dry now. We are very happy with the work. We have told friends and family about this and have showed them what was done.

This company did what they promised. Old roof gone and new roof completed all in one day. Everything was picked up along all sides of the house, for the past week, all I found so far was a small piece of cut shingle. The person that was in charge of the crew during that day was very friendly and informative during the process. We now have a ridge vent, and a 30 year warranty.
