**** put a new roof on my home. I like the upgraded materials used and the 30 year warranty. The crew that installed the roof cleaned up very well.
Very professional and well done. Beautiful looking roof. They cleaned up was excellent.
The sales team from **** presented ** with a plan to replace our cabin roof that met our goals and fit into our budget. The crew worked diligently to complete the job in one day and came back to make sure that the yard was clean and free or nails and debris. The shingles look great and enhance the look and value of our cabin.

4 stars may be a bit harsh, but my experience certainly was not 5 stars.Overall the roof looks great now. It wasn't as smooth of a process as I would have liked, but ***** (the project manager) really did appear to be trying his hardest to make me a happy customer and for that I am appreciative.I was a bit annoyed with all the spam calls from the **** call center at the beginning of the project. Overall, we had a pretty good experience. We were told we would get contacted a week before the start date, and it turned out to be 24 hours, so that wasn't so good. The crew worked hard and the roof looks great. We haven't gone through a winter or any time so I cannot speak to the quality or longevity at this point. Communication was the toughest part of the project.
Sales team was very informative on top of the crew being quick and courteous. Roof tear down and install in less than a whole days work.

I love my new roof. **** made the whole process easy to understand. Amazing customer service and 30 year warranty. Quality products. They surpassed all my expectations from start to finished product. I highly recommend them.
