The salesmen were nice and and did not oversell the product. They were very attentive to my needs and provided the right service. Even though the installers could not speak English they were friendly and really concentrated on their work and completely removed my old roof and installed a new one in one day.
Pleasant, knowledgeable sales person visited our home, took measurements, checked the attic to confirm underlayment beneath 30+ year old shingles. Crew of 6 or 7 arrived @ 7:30 am and promptly started work removing old shingles, covering windows and area around the house with tarps. Supplies arrived shortly thereafter via tractor trailer, were promptly unloaded as directed by the crew, and trailer departed. Best roofing company very professional amazing customer service and fast I love how wonderful my roof turned out the summit grey is beautiful only took them 1 day to do my house they have a wonderful team Im so happy to be apart of the Erie Home Family. 2023 has been a very bad year for me and my family Erie Home came at the end of the year to change that thank you so much.
Erie Homes was great! The crew was polite, friendly, and kept the inside of our house clean while they worked in the basement. The crew left a few random tools and extra supplies lying in the backyard and there was an issue with our sewer line in the basement but our rep worked with us quickly to make it right and help us come to a quick resolution. That's why I kept it to 5 instead of 4 stars. Their customer service was truly A+.
