My roof was replaced quickly and with a crew who were respectful and hard working. Everything was done in a day! No damage to property. They left the place clean. The roof looks great! I would absolutely recommend this company.
We are happy with the work so far. We havent had any rain since our roof was replaced, so the true test will be after we get a decent amount of rain. The people we worked with were flexible, professional, and answered our questions. The crew did a great job of cleaning up and left everything in tip top shape.
Roof looks good, drip edge all in place and plywood replaced due to the lack of drip edge before.Good job at clean up.
From the first minute I sat with the sales team, received calls about the instillation they were totally professional. Sales team demonstrated the product line and instillation procedure. Scheduled the date of the instillation. Work was completed as promised in one day. Totally cleaned the property and made sure I was satisfied, making sure I received the warranty. ERIE HOMES:Called to inform me I could have an earlier start day due to a cancelled scheduled job. The next day they arrived on time.The next 6 hours was used very efficiently in the re-roofing of my home. I had a new roof placed by **** last month. As with other reviewers, communication could have been a little better. I had to do the reaching out to find out information about the project, and was told the office would reach out to me. However, whenever I did reach out, they always got back with me and explained everything in detail. We're happy with the end product so far. We haven't had a good rain to test the roof yet. Could use better communication. We're happy with the work, materials & clean-up. They were respectful of property & didn't cause any damage to the property. We love the biscayne color of the shingle. The sales person, ****, was very informative & thorough about our roof's condition with the 16-point inspection.
