Overall very pleased with the experience. Very happy with the product and installation. Erie and the installer were both easy to work with and very knowledgeable of their product. The only issue is with the financing firm. One condition asked for was the payments to come due on the 1st of the month. The bank informed me that after I made the first payment, I could submit a request and they would review my request.
Very happy with sales reps and installers. Serious language challenges with installers but happy with finished product.
The roofing job was done very well, trimming could have been done better, as some existing trim work was damaged, I would recommend ****, but I would also improve my final inspection.
Our new metal roof is beautiful and the installers were professional and very nice and they were fast and efficient and cleaned up all their material. I would recommend them to everyone. From the initial estimates to installation to payment the process to completion every worker was friendly and professional.

I recently had a whole sump pump and drain system installed by ****. Their price was in line with other companies I spoke to. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, and communicated well throughout the whole process. The finished work looks great.
