The sales team, **** and ***** was extremely thorough and inspecting and measuring my roof on the house and garage. They took plenty of time explaining and showing me pictures of what they took while on the roof. The price was competitive and the warranty is outstanding. Installation was done very efficiently. They did a total tear off and finish the housing Garage in one day. I highly recommend Erie home.

Had a leak in back bedroom Had it patched a couple of times. Was told that I would eventually need a new roof. No leak for about three years. I noticed that it was leaking again and knew it was time for a new roof. Erie Home. I'm pleased with the new roof. Had rain yesterday no leak. The roofers were efficient and professional. Excellent job of cleaning up!Not pleased with lack of response, with questions, after job completion.

The installers arrived on time and ready to work.i was impressed on how fast the basement concrete got broken and dug out .they had a good system for hauling out the concrete and dirt. The installers were friendly and courteous. I would recommend Erie Builders Around 6 yrs ago they installed my metal roof and I was happy then and still am

Sales team explained the product and went through their inspection in detail. When discussing pricing they were heavily focused on monthly payment and utilized pressure tactics to get the sale.Installation contracted out, but was fast and well done still. Clean up was good.
