Erie Homes just put a new roof on our home. We got a 30 year warranty, which they will add one year to, for whoever purchases our home in the future. I have turned down my thermostat to 70° I can’t believe that it doesn’t run all day! In fact, it comes on very seldom, I know because the return air is located pretty close to our den. We are thrilled with the professionalism, work and clean up they did. They were working in over 100 degrees and they did a marvelous job. From the sales men to the installers they were all very professional and courteous . My very old roof was in need of some reconstruction, the installers (Juan and his crew) did an excellent job, they arrived at my home in a timely manner that was discussed with the managers, they completed the job and cleaned up very well after the job was done. The sales team was patient and thorough -- They answered all our questions and concerns. The work crew arrived on time, completely removed the existing roof, and replaced it in one day as promised. They then cleaned up our property completely. We had a strong thunderstorm a few days later, and the new roof weathered it beautifully!

I had a very positive experience with Erie in the replacement and repair of my roof. They completed the job in 2 days, the weather being extremely brutal in temperature. I have found very little left behind involving trash and materials on the ground. Workers and manager very considerate towards me in attitude. I'm looking forward to 30 years of no issues with my new Erie roof.
