The whole process was quick and easy. Enjoyed working with each member of the Erie team from their sales team, back office team, and installation team. The installation team was very detail oriented which allowed them to complete in a timely manner an with great quality. They were even able to work around the weather we had experienced that week.
Great company. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. Conducted a complete inspection and explained everything. He didnt rush anything. The installation was delayed but crew manager called 48hours in advance to discuss the delay. The crew completed the job same day as promised even though they were short handed. Quality install. Were prompt and informative. Only portion I didn't get information on was gutter guards installed by separate contractor, so a little uneasy signing off on project completion with that still open, but it has since been rectified.
