Professional, courteous, showed up on time. New roof and gutters look great. Installed in one day, cleaned up the next. Left a few nails lying around- punctured a tire. Hope the roof lasts like they say it will.
I am giving them 4 stars for 2 reasons. Firstly, I felt a bit rushed and uninformed as we were going through the final paperwork. I recognize that part of that is on me for not pushing for them to slow down and better explain what each signature was needed for. Secondly, one of my hydrangea plants in front of my house was obliterated by debris during the removal process. That aside, the experience was solid over all.
