I give the salesman an A+ The material arrived on time, but the crew never showed up the first scheduled day.Wasted a whole day waiting called ******************* later that afternoon to find out what was going on, he called us back to let us know they would be here the following day by 10a and was suppose to bring us a gift card of some sort. The salesperson provided detailed information about company and products available. The installation crew was very clean and thorough. They are mostly the reason why Im as happy as I am with my new roof.

Installed a basement water removal system. We're in ************* so it hasn't been too *******, can't comment on the system. Install crew was great and the basement looks better but I haven't been able to verify how well the system works.
