From the salesman, Bill Norris, Installation Manager, Ken Farrell, to the crew that replaced my roof they were very professional, courteous, and very helpful. They answered all my questions in pain language that was easy to understand. They crew that did the work were very courteous and efficient, and cleaned up so you wouldn't know they were there. I would recommend Erie for all your roofing needs.

The guys did a good job and cleaned up after they finished. When you take in to account the warranty, the work completed and I didn’t have to tear off and nail on my new roof, the price is pretty reasonable

I had stripped, repaired planking, and re-shingled our roof in 2006. It was a must-do at the time and I had to do the work myself with as little expense as possible. Ours is a 120 year old house with 12/12 pitch going up from two story eaves 20 feet off the ground with multi layers of ancient shingles and nails. I'd used standard materials including 15 year shingles. They barely lasted 15 years before cupping & tearing, & breaking off in pieces. By year 16 (this year) we had some leaks. This would have been 5 stars but there were many communication issues that happened. The work they did so far has been great they finished in a timely manner. We have had massive rains since the roof was put on with no issues. The house is notably cooler. I have gotten an electric bill yet but I am waiting to see if it goes down. Now to the communication issues. When delivering the product they set up date but there was a delay and no one called to inform me. I had to call to see what was going on.
