The roof looks great and the yard clean up was done very well except there were nails in the gutters that came down the downspouts. I believe they could have used a magnet for the gutters. During the sales pitch we were told that we would have a 30 warranty and if something were to go wrong all we needed to do was call and it wouldn’t cost us anything. Once the roof was done we were handed the warranty and it stated that there was no charge for any repairs for the first 10 years and the next 20 years we were to pay for labor... read more

We had lived in our house for 15 years, and the circa mid-1970s windows were all stuck shut and anything but energy efficient. Dalton from Erie visited us in mid-March & helped us brainstorm the most affordable solution for our window needs. Caution: Price seemed very high. Having said that, the work was done very well. Install team did a great job and clean-up after the job was amazing. I did have some trouble getting in touch with one individual, but overall my dealings with all staff was good.

This company is on point with everything. From the quick response online, to sales representative, to follow up of orders, to installation and customer support. Couldn’t ask for another roofing company. Special shout out to Kenneth Stewart, who was thorough with detail explanations on how the procedure is done. The installation crew did not disappoint. They left a clean slate around our house. Erie’s pricing is worth it . . . every penny of it. No regrets of choosing them. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are pleased with our roof installation. Working with Erie for our roof replacement was quick, easy and we would recommend Erie to our friends and family. Pete ~ our sales person ~ was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was very polite and professional, cleaning old shingles and nails from our driveways ~ they cleaned any mess that wandered into our neighbors’ as well. We would highly recommend their services.

The workers were friendly. They stayed out of the way. Materials were here on time. If there was an issue the Forman let us know right away. They did their best to get materials cleaned up from the yard.

From inspection to completion the process was fast. Everyone was very nice and helpful. At one point some they almost shingled over some bad sheathing which was the entire reason for the new roof. I contacted the project manager and it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
