The crew that did our basement was very courteous; I had work commitments that I could not get out of, but they kept me up to date with phone calls throughout the day. I had said that if they had immediate questions, they could ask my father. From the initial quote to installation, everything was done as promised. The team worked very efficiently and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Temperature was very cold during the installation so I was a little concerned but was told that **** stands behind its work and to contact them if any problems. Overall very pleased with the job.

Finally satisfied with the work, left the basement with debris only came back to complete the re installation of my sink and washer/dryer. Along with a few small things, they did do most of all the things that I requested be done. Just make sure that all things that were contracted in person are included on the contract. I mean, everything, but having said that, I would recommend them as a they did do a good job
