The estimator found a number of problems with my roof that a competitor missed. Erie's install team got the job done in a day cleanly and professionally. Roof looks great.
We were extremely pleased with the leadership, teamwork, work ethic, willingness to please the home owner from set up to clean up. We have very promising results but need more time to evaluate the finished product.
Crew was hard working, professional and responsive to any concerns that I had. Concerns were addressed immediately to my satisfaction. Crew was prompt, arrived early and stayed late. Took two long days in very hot weather to complete. Finished late in the day (after dark) but cleaned up well. Was not inexpensive but if warranty is honored will be well worth the expense!

I wasn't intending to purchase a new roof, I only wanted an estimate but after Skyler showed me areas of concern, we'll I got a new roof! Everyone was professional. The crew worked quickly on two of the hottest days of the year! My roof looks amazing and I have one less thing to worry about. My only slight complaint was that the cleanup could have been a little better. Otherwise, great job.
