Work was completed in 12hrs due to a snow storm coming in. They worked 2 hrs in the dark. The next 4 days I could not view the work they did because of the amount of snow on the roof, but **** kept insisting I sign off on the work, because the higher *** dont care about weather, they need paperwork signed off from the buyer. That attitude from Erie is what took a star away. Erie will not cover the roof from any damage until you sign off on paperwork. I am so glad I got a roof from **** Roofing! It looks great and will last for my lifetime, and my kids! The service was phenomenal! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Erie Basement Solution. For years I would just bandaid my water issues with roll on sealers. Finally decided to do it right. Wow. No more bandaids and no more musty smell. The job came with an air handler and a battery operated backup sum-pump system in case we lose power. Thanks ****!!
