Best experience I've ever had in a roofing job. Installer was quick and clean up was excellent.
My experience was outstanding from the salesperson to the follow up contact by the project manager who went over the work plan in detail, to the work crew supervisor. They finished the roof in one long day. Even though the cleanup wasn't finished until that night in the dark, the yard was spotless when I reviewed it the next day. Additional work on my fascia and gutters was done by a different crew efficiently, quickly and very clean. Highly professional and highly recommended.
Best purchase ever. I got a lot of quotes from different companies. They all had some excuse when I asked about the warranty. I asked what would happen if something went wrong and the manufacturer said that “the fault is in the shingles?”. I was given vague answers from everyone. Also, I asked what happens in three years if I have issues and was told that the warranty on labor is 2 years. I had a leaky roof and was just at my wits end. Along came Eerie. Our experience with Erie Home was good, the salesman did an amazing job. There were initially communication issue but they were resolved as the roof was completed.

Erie Home Roofing is great! The roofing product sells itself as well as the sales people who present it. Also the crew who did the manual labor. Hard workers who didn’t stop until the job was done to satisfaction. Arrived at 6:50 am and were wrapped up by 2:00 pm. The site manager also very thorough and helpful. Great clean up. Amazing. I had an exceptional experience with Erie Holme getting a new roof. Very professional sales team, Adam & Braxton. They came out and inspected by walking on the roof and going into the attic where they found several places the roof was leaking. The day of the install, the installation team was also very professional and did a great job. They took pictures of certain things to show me. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Highly recommend!!
