We just had our roof replace by Erie home and the complete experience was great. The sales rep took the time to explain the product (both metal and fiberglass) and we choice the fiberglass due to overall cost. The installation crew (6guys) were on time and completed the test off and replacement in single day. We feel that the ridge vent upgrade and the replacement of 2 non functioning solar fans and one upgrade will help to decrease out air conditioning costs. It should also extend the roof that was replaced in 2010 with improvement of attic heat and ventilation. Previous ridge vent placement was not within code. Install manager helped with some communication issues and did a great job with his crew.
