This review is for work done in Knoxville, TN. The roof looks great it is very smooth with not a shingle out of place. There was a four or five person crew all working together quickly to get the job done ahead of any bad weather. Clean up and haul-off were also quite satisfactory.
Satisfied with the product installation. Only complaint would be the overwhelming about of email and text alerts they send once the job is complete.
The installers were prompt and courteous. They were extremely careful about containing any mess that occurred. I couldn’t have asked for a better final clean up. Throughout the installation of my windows, they continually made sure I was satisfied with the process. I would definitely recommend Erie!

Great company. Excellent installers. They were on time and completed the job to my expectations.
They did a terrific job on our roof. They were on time, worked hard all day and just had a little time the next day. They cleaned everything up before they left. Only one thing is that they accidently broke a vent pipe to our septic system, however, after speaking to the job supervisor, he said that the company would pay for the damage completely. I have not yet been able to get a price on the damage.
