Erie did an awesome job installing my new roof from start to finish. The gentleman (Jose) that came out and did the inspection of my roof and gave us our quote was very knowledgeable and courteous. The crew that did our roof were very quick and professional. They did a complete tear off and repaired some bad spots in the wood, then installed the roofing and fidge vents in one day. The clean up afterwards was also very thorough.

Erie's installers were very professional. They removed old shingles and repaired roof deck. The job looks great and cleanup was excellent. Being retired, I was able to watch most of the demo, repair and installation. Workers were efficent and very courteous throughout the job.

I had received a quote about 2 years ago and was apprehensive about getting the work done. Here we are and I finally followed through with why I started great customer service from the rep Tyler and the project manager angel both really knew their stuff and took their time explaining everything and showing everything glad I invested the money in this project! The work was done beautifully and quick!

I’m not much on giving reviews but that being said I am happy I was able to get a roof on my home I just feel the amount I I paid for the financing was ridiculous. But other than the that my roof is on and it only took 5 hours which was pretty quick. They do d show up after it had rained but said it would be ok so I let it go. The roof looks good and time will really tell. I do wish that the workers were English speakers other than one man, which gave me the feeling the work was contracted out. But maybe not.butt all in all ... read more

Great customer service from beginning to end. Sales rep **** *******was very knowledgeable and delivered a no pressure sales presentation. The roofers were also very professional and made sure they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving the property. I’d recommend Erie to anyone looking for a great roof!
