They were very good about contacting you. As far as time frames. When you were going to be here, the crew did an excellent job of removing and installing the new roof. They did an excellent job of cleanup. They are good all the way around.
I was very pleased with my roof. The work was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up the entire area.
The whole process was quick and easy. Enjoyed working with each member of the Erie team from their sales team, back office team, and installation team. The installation team was very detail oriented which allowed them to complete in a timely manner an with great quality. They were even able to work around the weather we had experienced that week.
Erie did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Roof looks great. No complaints.

Great price, great warranty and I'm 100% satisfied with our new Erie roof. The warranty alone is a great addition the outstanding product and customer service they deliver. Completely easy to get started and quickly done with efficiency and pride.
Quality install. Were prompt and informative. Only portion I didn't get information on was gutter guards installed by separate contractor, so a little uneasy signing off on project completion with that still open, but it has since been rectified.

I was very happy with the level of service provided in setting up a time to get my roof done as I had another construction project at the time that went over. The crew that came and performed the work did such an excellent job of tearing off, cleaning up and making sure there were no stray nails. They worked until it was too dark to work anymore, and then came back the next day to ensure everything was correct and i was happy with the outcome. I am very happy with my new roof.
We are very happy with our new roof from Erie. We loved the materials being used and the installation was very good and installed as promised. We would recommend to others without hesitation.
