We just got our roof a few days ago. The workers did a great job.
It was great experience having a big company to work on your home. I was skeptical at first but my roof needed attention so I went with Erie Homes. I was not satisfied at first then I asked them to replace the the old trim that supposed to be replaced well, the following day they came to do the trim and work for additional 4 more hours. The work was done and their crew were fast. They did the job on my house for a total of 30 hours or maybe more. I will recommend this roofer to anyone without a doubt.
The crew started at 7am and were cleaned up and finished by 6pm Very nice work and comicated well

Erie was professional all the way through the entire process, from sales rep presentation to installation.
The crew arrived an hour earlier than expected. They worked very quickly and had the roof done and cleaned up in 12 hours. The foreman answered all of my questions and was polite and respectful. After the work was done, they did a wonderful job cleaning up all of the debris around the house. The only issue that I had was that a month later I received a call from my township saying that the permit was not paid for or picked up and they were not able to inspect the underlayment. Crew did a great job! Any concerns or issues were promptly addressed. Post job cleanup was very thorough.
We are so pleased with our new roof. The installation team worked tirelessly both days they were here. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful. Cleanup was very thorough. I would recommend them to everyone and have already to one neighbor. Our only constructive criticism we have is the sales pitch was too structured and when we asked questions out of order for the presentation he couldn’t adjust or understand why we would want it out of order.
