Was a good experience, very professional and timely with installation
Starting with the sales representatives, Lance and Josh. They were very knowledgeable about the roofing product, almost to a fault. Five hours later after listening to a lengthy presentation and a physical roof and attic inspection, we were ready to make a well-informed decision to consider and ultimately choose Erie Home to replace our shingles. They did a wonderful job . The shingles are top quality.
They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and all I had to do is sign when they were finished.
With my roof installation, it was a little slower bcuz a couple of the workers got sick and had to leave or something. It was really hot and so the heat may have gotten to them but I hope they're okay. Anyway, as for the roof. It's only been about a week since I've had it but I think it's actually a really good product. I mean, I can tell the difference in how well my a/c keeps my home cool. Quality of the work and product is top notch. There was some issues with miscommunication or logistics and the workers showed up the first day with no supplies to work with. We had agreed to be flexible with scheduling, but we assumed that they would actually start when they said they would when they gave us a start day. Definitely glad we went with Erie, but wish there had been better communication about expectations
The crew was very professional and very efficient. Everyone on the crew when finished cleaned up everything!
I filled out a request for a quote on the website and received a call to send someone to do the estimate. We scheduled a time and they were very communicative on the process. The salesman did a thorough investigation to do the estimate and talked us through the process. I do wish a little more time had been spent going over color options. We were given an expectation of the project manager to call within 5-14 days, but likely 5 days. The estimator was thorough, answered all my questions, and offered options. Materials were delivered promptly and the work was done the next day. Looks great!
