I recommend shopping your other options first so you have context when they hit you with their price. That said, I believe the product is worth the cost. The bid process was thorough and gave a clear understanding as to why we shouldn’t wait to replace our roof. The Erie crew was outstanding replacing our roof. They arrived early, got right to work and wasted no time. They were careful about the flower beds around the house, protecting them from the unavoidable debris that comes with roof work. They even moved potted plants far enough away from the house to be safe. They had the whole job done, cleanup included, by mid-afternoon. Cleanup was very thorough. No kinks in this roof job. It was prep, roofed ,with new ridge vent, along with the gutters and the yard cleaned up, in one day. It looks great.
The project went exactly like they said it would. The crew worked long hours to get it done in a timely manner. The finished roof looks great.
Very professional from sales to installment to post work questions. My work was done in December with short hours of light and cold temps so I was concerned when workers carried through the dark hours to complete work. Six months later quality of work and product are holding up well.
Erie did a good job on my roof. Had the whole thing replaced in one day. They were on time and had great attention to detail. They did a great job on the clean up and were very professional.
