We were very satisfied with our new and nice looking roof from Erie! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the quality products and warranty and the whole process. After contracting the work was performed very timely. The installers were efficient and very tidy about the cleanup. Erie followed up to make sure that we were satisfied also.
I was impressed with the installation crew as they found some issues with my roof that were not disclosed earlier. Without hesitating they took care of the issues and completed the job nicely.
