I am very pleased with the roof that Erie installed on our home. Neighbors have commented on how nice the roof looks. So why a 4 instead of a 5? This is just me being cautious. Some of the work was done in the dark and this concerned me a lot. But I am a former contractor and I can tell you with great certainty that my roof was well done. And I understand that Erie scheduled the roof for a single day completion, but I do not consider doing roof work with head lamps a good idea. Loved working with this company! All of the people I worked with, the financing, quality of product and workmanship were exemplary. I will definitely be working with the company again when it's time to replace the roof on my other property. From the time of first contact to a new roof was about 2 weeks mainly due to my schedule. The crew had the old roof off, repairs made, and the new roof on in one day and did a great job cleaning up.

The crew was very kind and polite. They answered all my questions and solved everything I ask. They cleaned everything perfectly. I would have this crew do anything on my house again.
