The workers were friendly, timely and helpful. They had no problem with explaining and showing me the work they were doing. I'm happy to finally have a waterproofed basement, that is safe for my infant son and me.
Looks great !! Crew and delivery was earlier than expected sense we settled for the flex install package. Installation went smooth they worked their butts off, had a complete tear off because of double layer shingles . Kinda had some sticker shock but after talking with installer he told me I had purchased some of the state of the art products which made me feel a little better. We are very pleased with our new roof. It took them less than one day to finish the job and it looks real nice. The crew was very careful not to disturb the many plants and flower gardens all around our house that my wife puts a great deal of time and effort into, and the entire work area was cleaned up just fine. I received several follow up calls from folks at the company to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Sales reps did a great job of explaining their product and their warranty. They identified some issues that I was not aware of and wrote it into the contract that these things would be repaired. I had some issues with getting support from my solar company in getting them scheduled for removal, so the roof could be replaced and the Installation manager was a great help in getting this resolved. At Erie from the inspector to the installation crew they were all awesome. Each one answered all the questions and concerns I had. I chose Erie to replace my roof after going through three other companies. Erie does not cut corners to save the company money. My roof took two days to dismantle and replace. If you have roofing problems, I would recommend them.

I had roof replacement. They are great company to deal with. sales 1st time they came out checked out the project and see what needed to be done. Explained all products fully and answered all questions. They spent more time then should of been here, Office was Very helpful in getting job set up. And great and getting you financing.
