Awesome company staff, roof Inspector, Installers and quality of product (Roof Material). They were very professional from the original call, to the Roof inspector, to the crew that came out to install the Roof, to the Clean up crew. They completed the install hours before the estimated time which was awesome. The install crew was amazing, They arrived at 8am and were completed by 1 pm. The entire team from Erie Home was great. But the two kids who came out from the AC company they subcontracted were not as good. Getting the AC unit off was no problem, but when they went to put it back on, one of the guys was getting frustrated that the base kept sliding around, and he went to drill a screw through the base and into the new roof shingles. The sales reps were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained the damage to my roof and the different options to replace it. The installers were prompt , worked efficiently and had my roof on in one day The clean up was excellent. All in all a good experience.
