I wasn’t looking to replace my roof, I just wanted to see what the new metal roof’s cost. After Erie inspected the roof and showed me the results I realized I probably could get a few more years out of it but the cost of replacement wasn’t going to get cheaper and because the existing roof was 16+ years old my insurance didn’t cover replacement. If you go with any other company besides Erie Home, you are getting ripped off; just like I did by the roofer that replaced my roof a little over 10 years ago. I was told that roof would last 30 years because he used quality roofing materials. I was lied to, and that company is no longer in business so there's nobody to sue. Do NOT let that happen to you.
